On May 8, 2025, the world marked the 80th anniversary of the surrender of the German Wehrmacht and the end of the Second World War in Europe. The film tells the story of this historic moment through an unexpected place: the War Room in Reims, a windowless map room inside a school building that served as Allied headquarters and became the site of the signing. Preserved almost unchanged since May 7, 1945, the room becomes the starting point for a cinematic rediscovery of a key moment in world history.
