Based in Los Angeles, he is an AI filmmaker and creative director. A former fashion designer, he built his career as a commercial film director at the U.S. advertising production company STUDIO D.O.G. In 2021, he made a full transition into AI and Web 3.0 fields. In the specialized area of “AI × FASHION,” he has established a unique practice that integrates AI-driven costume design through to film direction in a single workflow. Currently based in the United States, he leverages a broad international network to operate as a leading figure in the global AI community, building next-generation visual standards primarily for cosmetics and fashion brands. Since 2023, he has appeared in media as his digital avatar “MIOMIO.” This embodiment of cutting-edge technology has attracted significant attention, expanding his practice beyond that of a traditional creator into a multi-layered form of expression. As the founder of NFFT (New Future AI Fashion Technology), a pioneering AI fashion technology project, he has organized AI film exhibitions in cities including Tokyo and Cannes. He leads a global collective of AI creators curated from diverse perspectives, and in February 2026 will host the 11th installment of his AI film exhibition at BCBC Gallery in Harajuku, Tokyo. He continues to actively drive the global intersection of AI × FASHION × MOVIE. In autumn 2025, in collaboration with Japanese fashion brand TEECHI, he launched Japan’s first AI fashion design project, moving beyond concept into actual commercial product development. He also serves as a Creative Partner for Runway, one of the world’s leading video-generation AI platforms. His work has received international recognition, including Best Visual & Special Effects at the UK Fashion Film Festival in 2025 for his AI fashion film Nature X. In 2023, his representative work PARCO Happy Holidays received the AMD Award for Excellence. He continues to explore AI as a “creative partner,” expanding the frontier where design and technology intersect.

TYO AIXR / AI Creative An AI creator who combines human sensibility with the generative power of AI to open up new realms of creative expression. Working across music, visuals, and film, AiVE builds the core elements of each work—concepts, words, editing, and more—through human creativity. By playing AI like a musical instrument, AiVE transforms its output into finished works of art. The person behind AiVE is a film director. Drawing on the aesthetic sensibility and creative structuring skills developed through filmmaking, AiVE continues to explore the point where technology and art intersect. An experimental presence that transcends boundaries of age, gender, and genre in pursuit of creative freedom.

TYO AIXR / AI Creative Graduated from the Department of Design at Musashino Art University Junior College. In 1998, after winning the Grand Prix at the MTV Station ID Contest, he joined MTV Japan. In 2015, he established FM Inc. He works across a wide range of creative roles, including commercial and music video direction, art direction, cinematography, and AI creation.

TYO AIXR / GEN CRAFT Based in Tokyo, Shingo Hashimoto is a film director specializing in the fusion of cinematic storytelling and AI-powered filmmaking. Initially known for directing impactful commercials that combined meticulous visual techniques with expressive, character-driven storytelling, he has in recent years expanded his work into narrative filmmaking using generative AI. Since 2023, he has been researching AI-based filmmaking and has participated in numerous AI film projects, while also becoming a founding member of GEN CRAFT, an AI film production company. Moving seamlessly between live-action and AI-generated imagery, Hashimoto sees AI not simply as a shortcut, but as a language of cinema. Through hybrid filmmaking, he explores how emotion, mythology, and atmosphere can be reconstructed and reimagined.

TYO AIXR / AI Supervisor David Aoki built his career as a director and designer in the anime and game industries. Driven by a desire to create a place where he could work in the city he loves, Sapporo, he became a founding member of a game and anime production company based in Sapporo, where he has been involved in CG production for TV anime and games. He has also worked as an anime director. In recent years, he has developed a strong interest in generative AI and has created numerous works using the technology.

TREE Digital Studio / XR producer Joined TREE Digital Studio (formerly Digital Garden) in 2008 as a CG designer for TV commercials. After working as a VFX Supervisor, he began producing XR content around 2016. He is currently part of REALIZE, the company’s XR/Interactive Content Production Division. He aims to create new experiences by combining technology and creative expression.

crescent XR / Producer Joined Crescent in 2005. He currently serves as Chief Producer and LED Studio Manager at the company. He has been involved in the sales, production, and support of high-end systems used in the industry, including the motion capture system “VICON,” volumetric capture system “4DVIEWS,” and crowd simulation software “Massive.” In recent years, he has served as Studio Manager at Digi-Cast HANEDA, which opened in May 2026. The studio features Japan’s largest permanent LED studio, and one of the largest in the world, measuring 41.5 meters wide by 10 meters high. He is involved in developing the studio to support productions for films, streaming dramas, and large-scale television dramas.
